At Sellient, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which customers can request returns, replacements, or refunds.

1. Eligibility for Return

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, provided that one or more of the following conditions are met:

  • The product arrives damaged, broken, dented, or defective.
  • An incorrect product, color, size, or model has been delivered.
  • The product is not functioning upon arrival (Dead on Arrival for electronics).

Note: An unedited unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any return request.

2. Conditions Where Returns Will Not Be Accepted

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used or shows signs of usage.
  • Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing.
  • There is a minor color difference caused by screen or lighting variations.
  • The return request is due to a change of mind.

3. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Online Payments (Card/MFS): Refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be provided via bKash/Nagad/Rocket within 3–5 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side (wrong or defective product).

4. Replacement Policy

If the requested product is in stock, a replacement will be shipped within 1–3 business days after the returned item is received.
If the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

5. Required Proof for Return/Refund

To ensure fair processing, customers must provide:

  • The product has been used or shows signs of usage.
  • Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing.
  • There is a minor color difference caused by screen or lighting variations.
  • The return request is due to a change of mind.

6. Processing Timeline

  • Return approval: 24–48 hours
  • Product pickup/collection: 2–4 days
  • Refund or replacement completion: 3–7 days
